Open Doors is a vibrant and growing international Christian charity that helps Christians around the world who are being persecuted for their faith.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a committed Christian* to join our dynamic IT team here in our UK base. We are an agile organisation, and we appreciate the need for excellent IT Service Support as our technology rapidly evolves. You will primarily deliver IT support to over 100 staff based around the UK, many of whom work remotely. To fulfil this role you will need to be able to access our office in Witney regularly. Our IT systems are mainly cloud based.

As the IT Service Support, you’ll be working closely with the wider IT team to deliver timely and effective IT service to new and existing staff. This role will include 1st line IT support with an opportunity for 2nd line IT support and managing overall IT service operations.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Experience working within 1st line IT support including managing support ticketing system;
  • A heart for delivering excellent service, solving underlying problems, and improving systems reliability and availability; and
  • Experience of working with Office 365, Windows Server management, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Teams, telephony systems and IT Administrative tools.
