You’ll be responsible for providing administrative, coordination and capacity support to the People, Culture and Operations directorate, with additional task management to the Director of Finance and President.

You will ideally have experience as a PA or EA at senior manager/director level, as well as experience of calendar management and the coordination of complex meetings and confidence in drafting reports and proposals, working with figures as well as words with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. You will be committed to high standards and show exceptional attention to detail.

You will discover that we work here because we are passionate about the mission of Open Doors. This role will provide you with the opportunity to use your God-given character and talents to contribute to the work of Open Doors, and to be part of a team that seeks to grow the charity, to support and encourage one another, and uphold the Christian values that we base our identity on.
