Every day, millions of Christians risk their lives to follow Jesus. Open Doors is a Christian charity that is looking to recruit active, practicing Christians to stand in the GAP (give, act, pray) on behalf of persecuted Christians worldwide. In more than 70 countries, Open Doors supports them by supplying Bibles, providing emergency relief and helping persecuted believers stand strong for the long-term.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Campaigns Marketing Manager to join our expanding marketing team.

Working with the Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, and wider Marketing team, you will be accountable for the delivery of large and complex marketing and other ad hoc campaigns and projects across directorates, ensuring that project scope and plan are credible, measurable, and setup to deliver agreed outcomes.

You will ensure that all projects follow a project plan and are managed successfully from start to end, ensuring correct scoping of the plan, a clear brief, clear objectives, measures, and timings and that the project stays within budget. Working alongside a second Campaigns Marketing Manager you will ensure risks and issues are effectively raised and managed. You will also task manage and coordinate teams to ensure effective delivery.
