Witney (currently our policy is a minimum of 40% of hours in the office, with the remainder remote working)

Are you well organised with an understanding of fundraising principles to support the work for our persecuted brothers and sisters?

Do you have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail?

Do you have brilliant excel and database knowledge and an enthusiasm for research?

Open Doors is a Christian charity, part of Open Doors International, a global NGO network which works in over 60 countries to support and strengthen persecuted Christians. Last year the UK base raised approximately £15 million to provide practical support to persecuted Christians such as food, medicines, trauma care, legal assistance, safe houses and schools, as well as spiritual support through Christian literature, training and resources.

We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised Partnerships Coordinator, with exceptional data management skills, to play a key role within the Partnerships team in building relationships with major donors. You will be responsible for receiving gifts and acknowledging these appropriately and managing relationships on the database. You’ll also research field information to create impact reports.

Brilliant Excel and database knowledge, and incredible verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role and you’ll be able to build strong relationships within the team as well. The team will need your data and information to make their decisions so it must be accurate and well presented.

As a committed Christian*, you will have a good understanding of the Christian community and its various denominational expressions throughout the UK & Ireland. You will be committed to high standards and show exceptional attention to detail.
