Volunteer speaker

Can you use your voice to inspire others to take action and stand alongside those most persecuted? We’re always on the look out for new volunteer speakers. If you’re passionate about your faith, justice and the persecuted church and think you can speak – then we’d love to hear from you!

How it works

We’ll provide you with training on public speaking and how to present the work of Open Doors, as well as ongoing support from various Open Doors team.

We’ll keep you up to date with latest stories and resources to help you share relevant and inspirational content wherever you go to speak. And you’ll be cheered on by a close-knit community of other volunteer speakers.

What we need from you

A great starting point is a passion for Jesus and the global Body of Christ. We also need you to be self motivated and up for making connections with local churches and be ready to speak at least 5 times during the year. You need the ability to tell stories, share the work of Open Doors and also preach confidently – of course we’ll help resource and equip you along the way.
