#TheLastInLine – Thank you for standing in solidarity with persecuted Christians who are missing out on Covid-19 aid

Thank you so much to everyone who’s written to and tweeted their MP about #TheLastInLine – and for everyone who’s shared their empty-plate pictures with us and on social media.

Thank you for standing in solidarity with our persecuted brothers and sisters around the world who are missing out on Covid-19 aid because of their faith.

Thanks to your prayers and support, local churches are meeting the needs of the most vulnerable in their communities, providing practical aid and showing the love of Jesus.

•    Over 14,000 families across India and Nepal reached with Covid-19 aid
•    Your generosity helps lift Abigail’s burden in Nigeria
•    The power of social media in North Africa during lockdown

It’s not too late to add your name to the campaign and share your pictures with us and on social media (all you need is an empty bowl and a cross) – tag us, your MP and #TheLastInLine. We want to collate as many pictures as possible and take them with us to the UK government to show them that the UK church is standing with the persecuted church around the world. Here are some we’ve received so far – can you spot yours?

Invite your MP

We want to keep this momentum going right into the New Year for our 2021 World Watch List launch (our annual ranking of the 50 countries where it is most difficult and dangerous to follow Jesus). The launch is a unique opportunity for your MP to hear from persecuted Christians who are serving their communities through their churches about both their struggles and their stories of hope. Can you ask your MP to save the date for the 2021 World Watch List launch?
