Heavenly Father, thank You for the ways You are encouraging and strengthening the persecuted church, and thank You for involving us through our prayers, gifts and speaking out. We are privileged to be part of the global body of Christ. We ask that Christmas would be a peaceful time around the world, and that all Your children would be able to remember and celebrate Your birth freely. Amen.
The latest World Watch List is released on 17 January, and findings from the report – together with first-hand stories from persecuted Christians – will be shared with MPs during a parliamentary launch event.
